What times are you available? Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm
How quickly can I expect a reply to my message? I always aim to reply as soon as I can, but responses may take up to 72 hours during busy periods
What if I need to change my order? Once payment has been received your order is made. Please check all spellings, colours and other information is correct before submitting your order as once you have paid, no amendments can be made.
Returns & exchanges? I accept returns & exchanges. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery. The following items can not be returned or exchanged: Custom & personalised orders / Digital downloads. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
What if I ordered the wrong size? Please re-submit a brand new order.
What if I want something additional adding to my order? This can be done but please consider additional turn around time by adding to your order.
How long will my order take? From the invoice date your order can take up to 4 weeks. We will not be held accountable for missed dates so please bare this in mind when ordering items if they are needed for a specific date.
Can I get my order quicker than 4 weeks? There are exceptional circumstances where orders can be made earlier than the 4 week time frame. This has to be agreed up front before you place your order.
When can I expect an update? I do not offer updates once orders are submitted unless there is a problem in which case you will be contacted using the information left at check out.
How long will my order take to arrive? We send all our items via the Royal Mail 2nd class or courier depending on the size & weight of your items. Please ensure this is accounted for in addition to the 4 weeks turn around time. For example, if I finish your item in 4 weeks then the postal service may mean your item actually arrives in 5 weeks, depending on the type of postage you choose.
