I'd recommend you keep using that "report abuse" link on the offending profile and keep at it until you get a sensible response. Keep a record of your communication and you might want to have a look at http://www.getsafeonline.org/ who may be able to help you if Bebo remain intractable. My daughters personal profile has been cloned by someone else who is using it to issue malicious gossip. I have tried emailing both Bebo and AOL both of which are amounting to nothing and I have received similar responses to the ones you have. I have even telephoned San Francisco from the UK and left a voicemail but again no-one has got back to me.
