It’s a new look, and a (slightly) new URL for What Katy Did, and I think it’s quite the improvement. Huge thanks to the fabulously talented Sally Pring for the beautiful illustrations. Those of you who follow the site via RSS may need to update the URL to whatkatydid.org (previously .me.uk).

The new look was chosen by the Royal Mint from over 4000 applications in an open contest. Matthew Dent, a graphic designer based in Wales, created these stunning little pieces of art based on the heraldic shield. I just love them and can’t wait until they’re jingling in my pockets. Via: BBC, H&FJ
