Happy Birthday Ethernet – 35 Today!

It’s 35 years since PARC’s Bob Metcalfe scribbled down a methodology for connecting their computers to a shared printer.
A third of a decade later Ethernet remains the standard for wired client networks, and doesn’t look to be supplanted anytime soon.
