It’s the end of a rough couple of weeks and though it has been hard going, it has also been highly beneficial.

Sometimes, especially if you have a chronic illness, it can be easy to loose yourself in the ebb and flow of life. Taking a bit of time to yourself to stop and really re-evaluate your life is incredibly cathartic.

One of the benefits has been finally finishing the redesign of What Katy Did – with huge thanks to the awesomely talented Samuel Jonathan Smith of Specific Gravity for being a (very patient) sounding board during the development of the design.

I’ve also lost the best part of a stone in weight in the last week – which is nice.

So it’s time to reboot and look forward to the future with fresh eyes; further bulletins shall be issued as events warrant.
